When will my order ship?

We prepare most orders within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on where you live and which warehouse your items ship from. You'll see the delivery estimate at checkout, and you can follow your parcel any time on our Track your order page.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand — no minimum.

Can I return something?

Yes. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for the details.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry! Send us a photo through our contact page within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — no need to send the item back.

How do the rechargeable lamps charge?

Our cordless lamps charge with the included USB cable. Battery life and charging time are listed on each product page.
