Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

We ship for free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. There is no minimum order.

Processing time

We prepare most orders within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and on the warehouse your items ship from. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within:

• United States: 5–12 business days
• Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand: 7–18 business days

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. That's normal — each parcel has its own tracking.

Tracking your order

You can follow your parcel any time on our Track your order page using your order number or tracking number.

Customs and import taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address or lost parcel

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it until your order ships. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund your order.
