Refund policy

30-day returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Parcels sent without contacting us first can't be processed.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund — you won't need to send the item back.

Parcel didn't arrive?

You can follow your order on our Track your order page. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund your order.

Items we can't accept back

• Items that have been used or washed
• Gift cards
