1. Overview
This website is operated by NookNest ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your shipping address and contact details.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to display products, colors and measurements as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary depending on your screen, and small differences in size or appearance due to manufacturing are normal. Product images are for illustration. You are responsible for reading the product description and instructions before purchase and use.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after the order has been confirmed. Payment is processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.
5. Orders and our right to refuse
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized or reseller activity, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control are not our responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are paid by the customer. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled only according to our Refund Policy. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or incomplete are not eligible for a full refund.
8. Proper use of products
You agree to use products only for their intended purpose and according to the instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, negligence, or use contrary to the instructions.
9. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, you agree to contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks with supporting evidence and to refuse future orders from customers who file them.
10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to commit fraud, to abuse promotions or our return policy, to interfere with the website's security, or to copy, scrape or reuse our content, images or designs without written permission.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to NookNest or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.
12. Reviews and comments
If you submit reviews, photos or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and publish them. You agree that your content is truthful and does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

The website may include tools or links provided by third parties (such as payment, tracking or shipping providers). We are not responsible for their content, services or policies.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or required by law, the website and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NookNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold NookNest harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
19. Severability and changes
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept them.
